Thank you for shopping at ionsmarket.com. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality, innovative tech products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with a product, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized products or personalized items.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
Please note, sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support at support@ionsmarket.com to start the return process. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your return request and, if approved, send you a return authorization number along with instructions on how and where to send your return package.
- Packing and Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the return authorization number on the package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Receipt and Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@ionsmarket.com for exchange instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or wrong item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
