Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window
- Immediate Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order without any charges.
- Extended Cancellation: Orders canceled after 2 hours and up to 24 hours post-purchase may be subject to a restocking fee.
Non-cancellable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for cancellation, including:
- Customized or personalized products made to order.
- Digital products or services that have been accessed or downloaded.
- Items that have already been shipped or are in transit.
Process for Cancellation
- Contact Us Immediately: To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ionsmarket.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- Confirmation of Cancellation: Our customer service team will review your request. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process it and send you a confirmation email.
- Refund Process: If your cancellation request is approved, and a payment has been processed, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Restocking Fee
- Orders canceled after 2 hours but within 24 hours may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s price to cover processing costs.
Cancellations After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, customers are encouraged to refer to our Return Policy if they wish to return the product after receiving it.
Exceptional Circumstances
- In exceptional circumstances, such as a significant delay in shipping or a product being on backorder, we may allow cancellations beyond the standard window at our discretion.
